Brian Embick
Brian brings extensive experience in home construction and roofing. After moving from Philadelphia to Ft. Lauderdale in 1969, he discovered his talent for building, particularly roofing, which he began in 1980. In 1995, he founded Brian Embick Roofing, specializing in commercial-grade metal roofing systems designed to withstand hurricanes, as well as other types of roofing.
Around 1998, Brian began conducting home inspections for homeowners. Leveraging his industry connections, meticulous work ethic, and attention to detail, Brian transitioned to home inspection, earning certifications as a State Licensed Home Inspector and Roofing Contractor. Unlike many inspectors, Brian doesn’t shy away from climbing roofs and thoroughly examining even the toughest spots. Brian and his wife Diana relocated to Martin County, where they now reside in Zeus Park neighborhood of Hobe Sound with their daughter Georgia and their Jack Russell terrier, Stubby. Diana is a dedicated elementary school teacher at Beacon Cove in Jupiter.
In his free time, Brian enjoys camping, fishing, and relaxing in the backyard with his family. He is a proud member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors and takes pride in providing highly accurate and detailed inspection reports. Committed to a high standard of professionalism, business ethics, and inspection procedures, Brian follows a strict Code of Ethics focused on continuing education. While licensing for home inspectors sets a minimum standard, Brian consistently exceeds those requirements.

My name is Jonathan Henke. I am a Florida native, born and raised on the gulf coast of Florida in Sarasota and have lived in Sarasota, Cape Coral, Port Charlotte and currently live in New Smyrna with my beautiful wife and amazing children.
