Jennifer Branch – Operations Manager
Hi there! My name is Jenn, and I’m the Operations Manager at My Safe Home Inspection. In my role, I have the pleasure of overseeing our talented statewide team of inspectors and the Quality Assurance department. I’ve been with the company for over two years and am passionate about ensuring our customers receive thorough, detailed inspection reports in a timely manner.
Originally from Michigan, I’ve had the priviledge of living in Wyoming, Colorado, and, for the past three years, Florida. I absolutely love Florida’s vibrant lifestyle, with its beautiful palm trees, endless sunshine, and refreshing ocean breeze. When I’m not at work, you’ll often find me spending time with my family and friends, enjoying everything Florida has to offer—whether that’s unwinding on the lanai, soaking up the sun at the beach, or exploring the many exciting new places and experiences this wonderful state has to offer.
Stephanie Nelson – Customer Service Manager
I’m Stephanie, the Customer Service Manager at My Safe Home Inspection, with over 20 years of experience in customer service. I’ve been with the company for over two years, and I’m dedicated to ensuring each client has a smooth and satisfying experience.
Born and raised in Florida, I love spending time with my family. My husband and I are proud parents of two boys, and we spend a lot of time at the baseball field or the golf course. When I’m not focused on family or work, I enjoy camping, gardening, and being outdoors.
Stephenie Pilling – HR and Accounting Manager
I’m Stephenie Pilling, and I’ve been with My Safe Home Inspection for over two years. In my role, I manage accounting and human resources, ensuring that our operations run smoothly. I’m someone who truly enjoys taking care of others, and I bring over 20 years of experience in teaching and caregiving to my work.
Originally from Denver, Colorado, I moved to Florida in 2019 with my husband and adult children. I’m also a proud grandmother of three little ones, who I absolutely adore. In my free time, I love expressing my creativity—whether it’s through baking, crafting, or simply enjoying a relaxing time with friends.
Celeste McConnell – Director of Marketing
Hello Florida, I’m Celeste! I was born and raised in the heart of the Southwest—Albuquerque, New Mexico, also known as The Land of Enchantment. I hold a B.A. in Psychology and an MBA from the University of New Mexico’s Anderson School of Management.
For over eight years, I worked at a vertically integrated company, where I gained a comprehensive understanding of how organizations operate from the ground up. My career has spanned several functions, including customer service, product management, project management, sales, and marketing. My passion lies in leveraging data to develop and execute marketing strategies that not only resonate with audiences but also deliver meaningful impact with measurable results.
Outside of work, I’m a lifelong learner with a curiosity for both the creative and the analytical. Lately, I’ve been excited by learning Excel hotkeys, experimenting with Canva design tricks, and researching the best waxes for candle making. In my downtime, you’ll find me trying out new recipes, listening to podcasts, exploring new restaurants, and enjoying quality time with family and friends.
Rebekah Bess – Customer Service Lead
Hello! I’m Rebekah, and I have been a proud member of this team for over two years. So how did I, Rebekah, find myself here? Well, I saw an opportunity to put a few of my hidden talents to good use. With a background in Accounting, I brought in a strong analytical mindset and a deep understanding of how numbers drive business to success. Accuracy, efficiency, and growth aren’t just goals, they’re necessities. With my past experience I was able to help ensure that every detail is aligned with the bigger picture.
My second hidden talent? My sense of humor. I love making people feel at ease and bringing a friendly approachable energy to every conversation. Whether I am helping clients schedule or answering questions, I make it easy to connect and communicate.
Outside of the office, I come from a creative background surrounded by artists: musical theater, dance, musicians, you name it. I have been painting since I was 5 years old. My big debut was in 2015 at Northwest School of the Arts, an alma mater to several familiar Broadway faces you may have seen. Creativity is still a big part of who I am today, it brings balance to my heart, and a unique perspective into everything I do.
Anna Garcia – Agent Support Specialist
I’m Anna, a Customer Service Representative and Agent Support Specialist at My Safe Home Inspection. I’ve been with the company for over two years and committed to providing the best possible customer service.
Born in Kazakhstan, raised in Germany, I love spending time with my family. My husband and I are parents to our 7-year-old girl and 4-year-old boy. We spend a lot of time outdoors. When I am not working, I enjoy exercising, dancing Salsa or cooking.
Makinzie Knox – My Safe Florida Home Program Coordinator
Hi, I’m Makinzie! I enjoy learning to cook new things, wandering in the woods and gardening and I am known to be a total biodiversity nerd! I have 2 dogs Chi-Chi and Jake who are incredibly spoiled.
For work, I like efficiency and good communication, which are two backbones in ensuring our customers are 110% taken care of.
Alexis Gallant – Customer Service Representative
Hello, my name is Alexis, and I am a Customer Service Representative based in Florida and have been with My Safe Home Inspection for several years.
Outside of my professional life, I am a passionate animal lover and enjoy spending time outdoors with my fiancé and our four dogs. In my free time, I also enjoy exploring local craft fairs and spending quality time with friends and family.
Lorchid Benson – Quality Assurance Agent
Hello all! I’m Lorchid, a native of Vero Beach, Florida. I received my degree from the University of Central Florida and invested in real estate and flipping properties, including owning/operating an international real estate holding company with rental properties in Costa Rica and Mexico. I became a home inspector and owned my own company doing home and rental/apartment inspections. I’ve also performed inspections for Mortgage Field Inspections and for HUD, traveling to all but six U.S. states and territories doing public housing, senior living, and group home inspections.
I love being outdoors and hiking, from the Florida beaches to the Ozark mountains. For my spare time, I spend it with my rescued dogs, gardening, and enjoy photography, especially of nature and waterfalls.

Hello Florida! I’m excited for you to meet our wonderful staff and inspectors, and I look forward to providing you with excellent service and accurate, thorough inspection reports.
We started My Safe Home Inspection (then known as Thomas Enterprising, Inc.) way back in 2007 upon the launch of the original My Safe Florida Home program. Our main goals then, as they remain today, are to provide the best possible service to our clients across the great state of Florida, and to always do right by our customers, our agency clients, and our own staff and inspector crews.
I received my undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin, and my graduate degree from University of Florida in Gainesville. On the rare occasions I’m not working, you can find me rooting for my Texas Longhorns or Florida Gators, and spending time with my wife, newborn son, and two ridiculous dogs. I also enjoy motorcycling and driving my car around the local race track.
